This page describes how your data is processed if you have been contacted by Strales as part of a B2B prospecting campaign.
STRALES, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) registered with the Antibes Trade and Companies Register under no. 932 455 421 (VAT FR56932455421), with registered office at 98B boulevard du Président Wilson, 06600 Antibes, France, provides business-to-business (B2B) sales prospecting services, on its own behalf and on behalf of its clients. For the compilation of prospecting databases, Strales acts as data controller.

Business data only: identity (surname, first name, title), role, company, business contact details (phone, email, business address, public professional profile), and the history of our interactions (call status, appointments, refusals). We do not collect any special category data or data relating to your private life.
Publicly available professional sources (company websites, professional directories and registers, professional social networks), lawfully compiled professional databases, contracted B2B enrichment tools and, where applicable, files entrusted to us by our clients. Details of the sources used to contact you are available upon request.
Some calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training and analysis purposes. Any excerpts shared with our clients are anonymised (names and contact details masked). You may object to being recorded — simply say so at the start of the call.
To identify and contact business contacts likely to be interested in our services or those of our clients (B2B prospecting, appointment setting, commercial market research). This processing is based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), as the solicitation relates to your professional role and comes with a simple, free right to object.
Our prospecting teams, our clients in the context of the campaigns we run for them (qualified data is then transmitted to them and they become responsible for their own use of it), and our contracted technical providers (telephony, hosting, emailing). Your data is not sold to third parties outside this framework.
For a maximum of 3 years from our last interaction, in line with the French supervisory authority's (CNIL) standards. If you object to being contacted, we retain only the information needed to honour your objection (suppression list).
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. To exercise them: admin@strales.io. We respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL or your local supervisory authority.
Our prospecting data is hosted in the European Union. Should a provider process data outside the EU, the transfer would be governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
